Returns or Exchanges:
At Angeri we are certain you will be more than satisfied with your purchase. Our return and exchange policy is not only designed to protect the quality of the garments, but also to protect the consumer. We carry luxury items that require special care and attention.

Returns are accepted under either method listed below.

1.)

Any item may be returned in its original condition for a store credit. Shipping charges cannot be credited. A request for a return authorization (RA) must be received within 3 days from the confirmed delivery date of your shipment. Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Cash or credit card refunds cannot be issued in exchange for a store credit. Purchases made with a store credit are final.

2.) Any item may be returned in its original condition for a refund less a restocking charge of 15% of the item price. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A request for a return authorization (RA) must be received within 3 days from the confirmed delivery date of your shipment.

Our shipping department inspects each item carefully before packaging. Any flaws, blemishes, or other characteristics (if any) that are not products of the natural fabrics and fibers of the gown, will have been previously noted in the description of the gown.

By placing an order with Angeri, you are agreeing to all of our stated policies and procedures. If you are not in agreement with any of the policies, please do not place an order with us.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:
1.) Request a Return Authorization (RA) number. E-mail our orders department, within 3 days from the confirmed delivery of your original shipment, at orders@angeri.com. They will then issue a return authorization number.
2.) Pack your item. Wrap your dress carefully in the original packaging and place it in a clean box for shipping. Enclose the return form that you receive along with your return authorization number. Items shipped without a return authorization number cannot be processed. Items must be shipped and insured with a reliable transportation source that guarantees arrival of the item to our warehouse within 7 days from the RA date.
3.) Item will be inspected. Once we have received your return and it has been inspected and determined to be of original condition, a refund or one time store credit will be issued. Angeri reserves the right to refuse to issue a store credit or refund for items not returned in original condition.
4.) Check your E-mail. We will send you an e-mail to confirm receipt of your item and to notify you when the credit or refund is being processed. This process may take up to 7 days to complete. A store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or credit card refunds. PURCHASES MADE WITH STORE CREDIT ARE FINAL.
5.) Please begin to view our gowns for a new selection - We will gladly assist you in providing alternatives to the original gown you chose. At Angeri, we know this is an important purchase, and we are here to make your experience as easy as possible.
