CONTRACT AGREEMENT

Please read the agreement(s) and check the box(s) below.

I understand that I am solely responsible for all information and images posted as part of my listing - and certify that I have the rights/permission to use the images submitted. I understand that if my contact information becomes out of date, my listing can be suspended, without notice, until updated information is provided. I understand that angeri.com is a listing service only and has no direct or indirect involvement with a sale of the item.

I agree by posting an item on angeri.com that my sole intention is to sell the item.

I affirm that all submitted information is accurate and is a fair representation of my dress (including details on any stains, tears or defects) and that no details regarding the condition of the gown have been omitted.

I understand angeri.com is providing a service only and has no control or responsibility over the actual transaction between the seller and buyer.

I will contact angeri.com within 10 days of the sale of my item(s).

I give permission to angeri.com to use my pictures and description for my listings and other uses Angeri, Inc. sees fit.

I understand the length of the listing is 6 months, or when I sell my gown, whichever comes first.  If my gown has not sold in 6 months my listing will be removed and I will have the option to sign a new contract, and pay the full contract price.

I understand angeri.com has the right to accept or deny my listing, correct errors, request proof of purchase or receipt for my item, or remove my listing if any information or communication I have provided or engaged in proves false, objectionable or illegal.

I understand a refund can not be given once my listing is listed on angeri.com

I understand and agree listing requires a listing fee as follows:  twenty nine dollars and ninety nine cents U.S. Dollars ($19.99)

We strongly recommend the use of escrow.com for payment.  It is a secure payment method and offers protection for the buyer and seller.  Paypal is another option because it is a safe form of money transfer (but doesn't offer the same level of buyer and seller protection).

angeri.com does not get involved in any aspect of the transaction.  It is very important to clarify all of these details directly between the buyer and seller.

Additionally, we strongly advise that you do not ship your gown until full payment has been received.
